You want to be a content rockstar 🎸 so we're going to make that happen this fall with killer content ideas you can execute on your website, email marketing, and social media.

This week's topic: Taking your frequently asked questions and using them as web and social media content.

Frequently asked questions (aka FAQs) are precisely what it sounds like -- items you are most often asked about the products and services you're offering.

I've gotten in the habit of carrying around a notebook to keep a running log, so I can use these when I launch a new service. Another way I ask is using the questions sticker in Instagram Stories

If you have an FAQ section on your website, take those questions and repurpose those into regular social content using graphics, videos, or photos.

If you don't have a section for this on your website, get that started and then repurpose onto your social channels.

When it comes to reusing this as social content, the best thing to do is reuse them 3-5 times a year as you're always gaining followers to your channels.

Action item: Don't have frequently asked questions? Write some down and put them on your website and then repurpose to social media. If you have FAQs on your website, create videos, graphics, and photos.
