I knew I "needed" and wanted to get organized to promote an upcoming tradeshow we'd be exhibiting. Shannon and I met at a business retreat, so I knew of her work and capabilities. For me, it was about letting a professional show me the ropes and get it done.

When we set up our timeline, the plan and weekly calls, there was a sense of relief, purpose and direction! Having the weekly calls was especially helpful to get the work done! Our campaign was mostly Instagram-focused with a little LinkedIn emphasis as well. My business is very visual but also technical behind the scenes. The idea was to show packaging possibilities while also showing technical know-how. Shannon laid out the tactics and strategy - I pretty much did what I was told! Gladly.

The tradeshow was a success and I attribute a lot of that to the social media plan we set up! Several brands (potential clients) engaged prior to the event. Once we were at the event, people even came up to the booth to continue the conversations we'd had online.

With other brands, having engaged prior to the show gave me more confidence to meet up with the others that were my ideal client targets.

I've got 2 major ongoing clients and multiple smaller projects from the work we did.
